(Amazon Kindle only)
Fantastic little book about sprouting that I wrote in 2012, (This was before I discovered the magical properties of plant hormones that are in Grow Your Own HRT,) but this is a good general book on sprouting, its only on Kindle (though I do sell hard copies at my talks) if you are on kindle unlimited you can get it for free.

‘I bought this book to get more info on what is safe to sprout, I thought I’d have a quick flick through, ended up reading it from cover to cover! Full of humour, well written and informative. Highly recommended’
‘Holloway’s style is delightfully anecdotal, which makes the book a pleasure to read, but she is clearly also extremely knowledgeable and experienced. As a result you are buying not just a guide but years of extensive experiments with different sprouting methods for various seeds, nuts and pulses. What Holloway doesn’t know about sprouting in the UK doesn’t seem worth knowing. If you like to-the-point, enthusiastic advice, this is the book for you.’
‘I found this to be a non nonsense ‘how to’ guide and I’m happy to report my sprouting jars are now thriving centre stage on my kitchen window!’
‘It doesn’t matter if you have never sprouted or just want a few pointers – Sally has covered all bases in an easy to follow and interesting style. Reading this made me enthusiastic to start sprouting!’
